At TI SENTO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original TI SENTO packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
